Great couch. We just opened it, a week after delivery. I was bummed the material on the bottom of the couch was ripped. Read the slip from delivery service, you can only report a problem within 24 hours of delivery. Bummer.

Excellent choice for our small lounge at work. Lots of wear and tear and it is comfortable and holds up to a lot of use. Hopefully over time it won't breakdown . Right now we love it.

The sofa is just as pictured, Little assembly needed and easy to do, It was packed exceptionally well so there was no damage in shipping. It seems to be sturdy and durable,

This couch is very nice, wasn't missing any parts and there was no damage on delivery. Some people complained of missing parts upon delivery. Very comfortable, however thr black color seems to get easily dirty on the arm rest. Arm rests is 4 inches wide so it gives you a very comfortable space to sit a drink or rest your arm.

I like the sectional very much. The grey is much darker than the picture online, but I expected that based on other reviews. Unfortunately mine arrived with a tear and a hole. However, Sams and Abbyson are already on it and the replacement is on its way. They are even picking up the damaged one, though the damaged one is not white glove pick-up, so you have to get it outside if you encounter a similar issue. Great communications from both Sam's and the delivery company on what to expect.

This cute little couch fits great in my kids playroom. The only thing I was surprised at is the “chaise” is actually just a shorter unattached ottoman pushed against the couch. Which I don't mind because it can be configured to either side or even separated for spaced out seating. The “leather” looks great in the grey color. I would suggest trimming any pets nails as our cat already nicked it. However I feel the ability to wipe Down the surface is a huge plus. It is very comfortable to sit and lay on although the side arms aren't cushiony. Just added a couple couch pillows. Overall super happy with our purchase definitely worth the price we paid.

It was delivered on a morning that I happened to be home and awake. I work the afternoon shift and usually do not wake up until 10am. I never received a confirmation call or notice of a delivery date. The couch has a puncture on the back side about the size of an average pen, but is not in sight the way I have it situated in my living room, there is a hole in the bottom fabric underneath as well. It would be nice to have some kind of compensation for both of those, because I really do not want to hassle trying to exchange it.

Great couch for the price. Sturdy and doesn't scratch when my 35 pound dog jumps on it. Does have a weird new car smell that is fading after a week. Easy to put together. You can see two metal brackets on the back side when assembled if you don't have the back up against a wall. Not a big deal...very firm and for tall people this is not one you can sleep on the chaise part. But over all $400 and free delivery...was a great buy!!

Purchased about a month ago in gray. Delivered through the door but no set up included which wasn't difficult for one person. Color is dark gray and looks like a much more expensive set. The ottoman is huge and could be placed against the couch to form a full size bed in emergency. Armrests are very wide cushions are firm but comfortable. It has an average seating height of 18 inches. Chaise cushion can also be placed on the couch and use a small cushion on the chaise ottoman to make another small ottoman. Highly recommend.
