4 out of 20 lids were broken in transit. Customer service is terrible. If you want broken lids delivered youll get them. Because making things easy isnt thier job.

I absolutely love these totes!! I have used them for organizing and carrying business inventory and moving households. They are strong, well made, easy to carry, stack and store.

Perfect size for most wire shelving spacing. Durable. Lid stays on. Price was the best around that I could find. I will buy more of these as I need them.

I bought smilier tote costing about $30 each. These are just as good and saved me a lot of money. I just sent my order to pick-up at my local Sam's Club and it was so easy.

Careful of smell! Did not realize till when finally using this a week later, that the inside smelt as if it had been in a fire! I can not rid the smell for some reason

I've been buying command totes and similar ones for years...this is the only batch I've got where none of the lids fit right. They flare out and you have to forcefully push each side together one by one and then the lids just pop off later.

Totes are great. The lids on the bottom are usually broken. Out of 3 sets . First box lids good. Second box one brokem . Third box two lids were broken.

These are great and heavy duty. I love how the lids click on. Seems like they will keep more bugs or vermin out since they'll be used in the garage for long term storage of tools or supplies.

The tote is indeed not heavy duty. Compared to a similar tote by Greenmade, this is not worth the trouble. The snap-on lids are just basic and already show significant regression. These are cheaply made. The material is just too light for heavy loads. Greenmade is gradually leaving most stores. I bought these hoping for a comparable replacement, but this is a dud.
