[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up, I was a HUGE Pokemon fan and I ended up passing my 90s collection to my daughter, who is turning 12 this year. She was super excited to unbox the Pokemon TCG: Paldea Adventure Chest. There were a ton of really cool Pokemon cards that I'd never heard of before and a few I was familiar with. There was also a cute little collectors binder to store some of the cards in and an adorable squishy Pikachu. There were also some cool stickers. In addition to the physical cards, there are codes for an online trading game app where you can trade with real people online. Overall, this chest didn't disappoint. It was a real Pokemon lovers dream! Just SO MANY CARDS! My daughter loved it.

It comes with TCG collectors cards, booster packs, tech sticks, a mini portfolio, as well as a small Pokémon squishy toy! I highly recommend this to any collector!! The price point is well worth it!

The presentation of the box was amazing, but my child couldn't reuse the box because of this. I honestly enjoyed seeing the big smiles. My child loved everything! I guess he scored big with the cards that he received. He wouldn't stop talking about the amazing cards that he got. He told me he got all the different versions of a particular Pokémon that he loved.

These collector sets were better when they came in tins. The cardboard box opens up in an interesting manner, but it's much too flimsy for repeated use and item storage. The Pikachu squish toy was also less than impressive. Small, just squeeze foam. I had hoped for at least a plush fabric toy. The promo cards are nice but I liked these sets best when they came in tins with more card packs and less gimmicks.
