Almost zero Jasmine fragrance. It is a very nice fresh white rice, it has a hint of sweetness to it, but definitely no real discernible Jasmine scent. I have had a fair share of Jasmine rice in my years, and this is not it. But for those that don't like strong scented rice - this is perfect. It is definitely delicious. I'm keeping it to use as all-purpose rice.

What can I say? Its jasmine rice and it was good. I rinsed and did not find it dirty. The taste was good for what we use it in. We eat a lot of rice so these sized bags work well for us. I am happy with the brand and no one in my family complained. I would certainly buy it again.

I loved being able to get this jasmine rice in bulk. I could get 25 lbs (instead of 20 lbs cheaper at Costco, but having it delivered from Walmart for my current schedule better, so I’ll call it a “convenience fee”. The rice is delicious and fresh with the beautiful aroma jasmine rice is known for. I love it!

I've used this brand of rice for several years now. Because of the times we find ourselves in I could never find any on the shel in the store. My order arrived and it was an eye opener just how big a bag 20 lbs is. I just need to get it into dry storage containers.

I always love buying in bulk. Its cheaper to buy in bulk and dont have to worry about running out of rice. I do put rice in jars and seal them for my rotating pantry. I also put them in the food saver bags and seal them that way. This jasmine rice has an excellent taste and aroma. My family loves it. Putting the rice in jars and bags makes it easy for me to give a loved one or someone in need extra food when they need it.

We immediately put the rice into vacuum storage once we received it. However, the rice has nevertheless still grown little insects from the rice by now. Since the vacuum bag has not sign being pierced by any intrusion, we are very sure that the insect came with the original product. We consume jasmine rice on a daily basis, and this is the first time in years.

We love this Jasmine rice! It’s the best quality. It cooks up nice and fluffy in the instant pot or in recipes on the stove or in the oven. When coming in the instant pot, I wash the rice, then add the same amount of water, add salt and a generous amount of room temp butter, and cook for 5 minutes, wait 10 minutes, release pressure, then it’s absolutely perfect!

Hom Mali rice is the only variety that comes naturally with jasmine fragrance. The rest is genetically modified. Buy Hom Mali with the green round label then you get this fluffy yet chewy texture with natural fragance, lower sugar than Japanese rice. as a Thai person, this brand tastes best! i bought this

I like the jasmine rice very much, very tasty. I used to eat other brand rice. Now I found Walmart not only provide good quality rice but also the price is reasonable. I am now a Walmart online and store shopper switching from an Amazon online shopper.

I have eaten a lot of rice and I was so delighted I've found the only one brand that I would always buy the Golden Star Jasmine Rice (20 lb). I have a rice cooker but I prefer cooking in the traditional way in a sauce pan by just boiling with water. Then simmered it until its soften and done. I put soy sauce on the rice with my favorite chicken and pork adobo, pork chops, fried eggs, fried fish and beef stew. And I have a complete delicious lunch o dinner. I'm so happy I can get it from Walmart.
