I usually like flavors in my water but this is a no! I do not recommend. I’m sure they benefit the body and health but in my opinion NO!

Since the taste is light it doesn’t really require 8 oz of water if you prefer stronger, more concentrated flavor. I love that there’s also electrolytes added which is often needed after a workout or when sick. Overall I’m happy with the product and like the new flavor!
