Personally I think it's best served over ice with about 6 ounces of water, but customize with 4, 6, 8 ounces or more for your perfect flavor every time!

It contains Vitamin C, electrolytes, antioxidants, and B vitamins for daily immune support. It’s very easy to prepare by mixing a packet with water. It does fizz when first mixed into the water but it doesn’t really feel fizzy when I drink it. It’s not fizzy like a soda. However, I do like this drink mix! This flavor does taste like white grape and I found it to be pleasant. It is lightly sweetened with sugar and fructose. Each packet has 30 calories since it’s not high in sugar. I like to drink this with ice added. I find it to be really refreshing.

They’re easy to mix into water and generally taste okay. However I won’t be getting this exact version again. I really disliked the white grape flavor, I tried it with room temperature water, really cold and iced, etc, but didn’t like it. I’ve shared the remainder of that box with work colleagues who will hopefully enjoy it more than me.
