I basically like the toaster except one zone of the heating elements is not totally heating. I am considering returning it.

Toasts evenly on both sides and is a nice-looking appliance. I researched many toasters before I chose this one. This toaster is a winner!

Our old toaster died, and I’m so glad it did. I love this new toaster.

this toaster doesn't brown evenly

We've only been using this for a month, but it works so much better than the comparable one we had before. This one toasts evenly on both sides and the pull out tray for crumbs is so easy to use and less messy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect little toaster for a small kitchen as it doesn't take up a ton of counterspace. It's white, but doesn't show dust or dirt, and the buttons light up with use. The spaces are a little snug for bagels, but overall a good toaster.

Do not buy - cheaply made and can't do a simole job of making a toasted bread or a bagel. Burnt on one side and soft on yhe other. We've had a 20-year old toaster from Krups that still works, we were just wanting a smaller unit. This is a complete flop. Especially because it was made by a so-called respected brand. Absolute garbage, save your hard earned money!

There is different mode (defrost mode/ bagels mode) . Worked perfectly ! I highly recommend this toaster from Cuisinart !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like a pretty good toaster! I had it at the 6 setting for my regular white bread and it was a nice even cook on both sides. It didn't take too long for the toasting either, which was nice, and if you are in a hurry it would definitely help you out. The crumb trey is on the smaller side, but it does look like the design of the toaster allows for the crumbs to be funneled onto the trey, but with the size it would need to be emptied/cleaned every couple of weeks or after about a full loaf of bread is toasted. The buttons lighting up is another nice feature that the toaster has, but I wish only the once that were active would light up. All the buttons light up, but have a brighter light if active, just don't light it up if its not active (if you ask me..). The only real issue I have with the toaster is the size. For just 2 slots, the toaster is pretty big, about 2 inches taller and 2 inches wider than the last one I had.
