I installed these tires on a 2014 Lexus RX 350 because I needed exceptional performance in all weather conditions and these tires have delivered over time as I have purchased them twice on my 4Runner and were the only tires that I have used in the past 10 years. The Lexus came with the Michelin Latitude Touring HP tires and although they are great in the summer, they definitely are not meant for winter driving. I did not desire to invest in a dedicated winter tire because of the cost and inconvenience to do seasonal changeovers. But the Defender tire could be labeled as an " All Weather Tire" as it is that good in the snow.

In 2002 I purchased a 1995 Suburban 2500 series with a diesel engine. I soon put on a set of 275-16 LTX Michelin tires. I now have 112,000 miles on these tires and there is still tread left. I will be getting new ones before long, but what is ironic, is that the lady that I purchased the Suburban from said that the reason she was selling it was because it wore out tires so quickly. I'm sure that a lot of the longivity can be attributed to driving habits, but the Michelin tires have performed exceptionally as well.

I'm a big fan Chevrolet and Michelin .. "Like a Rock"

Have had these tires for 6 years now on a 2002 Nissan Xterra. Got them for the mileage warranty and the supposed superior traction. These tires have about 30,000 miles on them and only have 4/32nds left of tread. Definitely did not make the 70,000 miles. They never got any flats though. They have been decent tires in wet weather and snow, but nowhere near dedicated snow tires. They were fairly quiet brand new, but got much louder as they wore down. After 6 years and being on a car that is outside almost all the time, they have developed a good amount of age cracking which is expected from really any tire that sits out in the sun, rain, heat, and cold like they do. For the price of the tire, though, you can get other tires that are nearly the same for much less money. I don't think I'll purchase another set of these tires.

This is the 3rd set of Michelin tires I have purchased. I have been sold on them for years. I purchased these in Feb 2017 for my wife's 2002 Ford Ranger Tremor. This is the second set that's been on her truck. My truck also has a set on it. The last set lasted 60k miles when I replaced them. I researched your site for the "New" Defender LTX M/S replacement tires with 70k mile tread wear warranty that supposedly lasts longer than the old LTX M/S 2 tires I replaced. I was "SOLD". Sadly the new tires have 39k miles on them and only have 4/32nds tread left on all 4 tires. I had the front end rebuilt with new control arms, drove it to tire store with old tires, bought new tires and had the alignment done. I rotate the tires myself every other oil change, done at 3k miles for a 6k mile total on tires. I keep the tire pressure checked year round and have had the alignment checked twice since buying them. They are all wearing even across the tire with no cupping or uneven wear showing. I am disappointed that I now need new tires again with just over half the miles warranted. I will contact your company to see how good the warranty is as I have been a loyal customer. Thank you. P.S. We love the ride quality and no road noise of these tires too. Just don't last. Sad!

This tire is an excellent choice for hwy. handling. We drove 1200 miles in very wet conditions including storms and noticed immediately how much better the vehicle handled the wet pavement. Is a little noisier but I expected that being this is a SUV.

Been traveling 12 states for 27 years. LTX radials are the only tire for me and my family. When it comes to comfort, handling and overall security your vehicle is only as good as the rubber that meets the road. I have taken all of my new cars straight to the Michelin dealer to have oe tires replaced with LTX. "Theres no ride like the Michelin Ride"

We have been in business since 1933 and have used Michelin tires on our business vehicle since 1960 as well as a our personal vehicles. They have always exceeded our expectations regarding longevity, superior quality and excellent ride. Riding down the highway, little or no "tire noise". We carry a large amount of weight hauling our product. Michelin tires handle well with the load while still providing a smooth ride and safe braking.

I have had this model tire on every vehicle I have owned. I am on my 5th vehicle and the 4th van / truck. The first and second vehicle was a small passenger car and a small van. These tires last and I not only fully trust them but I get my money's worth.

I have a set on my van, 2500 diesel and 1500. I couldn't be more happy. I had purchased a set of bf all terrains for my 2500 before these and they lasted 25k , the defenders have 65k on them and are still about 70 percent tread left. I will never go back to anything but Michelin, they are by far the best on the market for any make or model of vehicle. Also I run them all year round and find them just as good as snow tires on the trucks, I run x ice xi2 on the van and it is remarkable how good they are. I hope anyone that is trying to decide what to buy. Please spend a little more money and buy Michelins you will not regret it!
