Good tires , third set , all around performance ,use all year around on 1/2 ton pickup 4x4 ,dont have time to be switching tires two times a year !

I have driven on Michelins since the early 1970's and would not consider any other brand. The winter tires are outstanding.

I use these tires on my old Chevy Suburban to haul my 4500 lb sailboat out of the water at wet launch ramps and then back in after doing biannual maintenance to the boat. I also use this boat to haul the boat away from the ocean in the event of a hurricane near Charleston, SC. I need excellent load carrying capability and traction, and these tires perform flawlessly.

I purchased these tires for a Escape Hybrid in November. These tires replaced the Michelin Lattitude Tour series (which is no longer offered in this size) based on Michelin's recommendations. These tires are essentially a light truck tire with extra load capacity, so the ride quality is notably harsh and there is more tread noise at low speeds. The total rolling resistance is considerably higher, lowering the Average Fuel Economy on the Escape by over 8 MPG. This tire is a good choice for light trucks and larger heavier SUV's, but a poor choice for smaller SUV's or hybrids.

These are the best tires made. I bought 4 LTX/MS in 2006 for my Xterra. I just notice today that I will have to replace them within the next 5,000 to 10,000 miles. I pulled the paperwork and they were installed @ 223,000 miles. I now have 385,000 miles. Do the math folks, Yup, 162,000 + mile and riding like new still. AWESOME. See what routine rotating and air pressure checks will do for you. And yup I can back it up with detailed paperwork. Only wish I could afford to buy these again. This kinda sounds like a commercial.

I purchased 4 of 245/60/18 TX Radial X , M+S 105H on 10. 31, 2021 for Toyota Highlander. The date today is 10/17/2023. I have driven 20548 miles since my purchase and now it just got Blow out one of my front right side while driving on the Highway I almost lost the control of the car. I'm very disappointed with the reliability/wear of my Michelin tires. Needless to say, I could loss my live. And now I still have 3 more tires I do not feel safe to have.

I bought this tire a couple of weeks ago and can not believe the difference this tire has made in the performance of my Silverado. It doesn’t feel like the same truck. Ride, steering, tracking in dry, wet and off road conditions is Excellent, with no noticeable noise. This is a very comfortable riding tire for a truck. Highly recommend these tires. I purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500 on September 8th, 2001. The truck had 75 miles on the odometer Michelin LTX A/S tires were the original tires that came with the truck. I never used a Michelin product before this point. But I noticed the truck had excellent ride characteristics with these tires. The winter was just around the corner but I found that I never had to worry because these tires always performed flawlesslsy in the worst weather. Another excellent quality about my Michelin tires was was how long the lasted. I was shocked to reach over 100,000 miles and still measure 5/32nds in tread depth. and in those 100,000 miles I never even had a flat or a puncture in any of the tires. Well, my choice for tires when it came time for replacement was obvious at this point, Michelin. I chose to go with the same exact tires that I had on the truck Michelin LTX A/S. and I experienced the same flawless year round performance for another 100,000 plus miles. By the time I was ready for my third set of tires for some reason Michelin discontinued the LTX A/S and I began to panic. Now what was I going to do? I could not switch brands now. Then I spoke to my tire dealer which is an official Michelin dealer and they assured me that the Michelin LTX M/S was a good replacement. I was a little skeptical at first because I liked the perfromance as well as the look of my Michelin LTX A/S tires. I took thier advice and purchased the Michelin LTX M/S tires and once again I got 100.000 plus miles of good solid year round performance. I have always been happy with Michelin tires, I am a mechanic and I am often asked which tires are a good purchase and I always recommend Michelin and refer to my history with them on my truck. That Ram has always been a special truck to me because it was the first new vechicle that I have ever bought, and the events that would unfold three days after I bought my new Ram on September 11. 2001 would suddenly give me a renewed appreciation for life and the freedoms we are blessed with in the United States of America. My Ram currently has about 450,000 miles on it and I am ready for my fourth set of Michelins. That truck has been good to me and has never given my any problems. My Michelin tires have been good to me too. I never even got a flat and my original Michelin LTX A/S spare tire is still mounted under the bed and still has full air pressure in it. My truck and my Michelins have taken me a lot of places. Somtimes a long way from home. But, I know that Ill always make it back because my truck has never let me down and neither has my Michelins

Bought a used Nissan 4X4 pickup, the tires were worn but I thought I could get a few more miles on them. Then I picked up a nail in the sidewall on one, and went looking for a replacement. Being a Saturday, some tire dealers were closed, go figure, so I stopped at place I don't normally shop. They had a set of 4 Michelin LTX M/S tires, just the right size and offered a good price, so I said why not? They improved the looks of the truck right away, and as I pulled away from the shop, I could not believe how mush better they made the truck ride. Later, we had some of the worst snow we've had for some time. In 4 wheel drive, those tires were unstoppable, they just kept on digging. Will I buy more Michelins, you better believe it!
