This is my second set of tires on my 2000 Silverado 1500. Truk has 185K miles. Driving around the city or on the highway very comfortable. reat traction and gas mileage has been outstanding. 20 mpg on the highway! Would definitely buy these again. Great in the rain and wet locations and in the snow with 4x4. I get very good mileage fro these tires easy 70K miles. Have not done too much off road with these so I can't comment.

I put a set on my 95 Chevy Blazer about 5 years ago; I drove the vehicle a year or so then relinquished it to my daughter who drove it for the next few years and she and her husband are driving it. All on the same set of Michelins. We live in the country on a bumpy rocky road and they have never let us down. Probably about 30 to 40 thousand miles of mostly local city driving on these tires. Will always buy michelin if possible.

This tire is an excellent choice for hwy. handling. We drove 1200 miles in very wet conditions including storms and noticed immediately how much better the vehicle handled the wet pavement. Is a little noisier but I expected that being this is a SUV.

I have used this tire for 25 years on several vehicles. The tires are great in mud and snow. They also provide some of the best mileage I have ever experienced. My last set on my Land Rover Disco provided nearly 100 thousand miles of worry free driving. I only needed to replace them, with Michelin LTX M/S, because they wore out.

this tire came out on my 2001 jeep wrangler and i replaced them on 2007 with 72,000 miles on them and there was still 4/32 tread left. I purchased a new set for this and they are wonderful, no shake or pull only smooth ride and long life. I am also able to go anywhere I need to go in the winter. I also purchased a set for my 2002 Jeep Liberty with the same good results! There is no other tire for me but a Michelin. Thanks for a wonderful product!

The prior generation of these tires were awesome. Absolutely loved them. Quiet, durable, and long lasting. Bought these thinking that I would get the same service and quality. But I have to say that I can't stand them because they absolutely ROAR going down the highway. They are the loudest set of tires I have ever owned. I have owned off-road tires that don't make as much noise as these. If the amount of noise these tires make rolling down the highway matters to you, DO NOT BUY THESE TIRES! I wish I could get my money back...

On my 2017 RAM 1500 Limited, the factory tires lasted as expected, about 17k miles. I've been a Michelin LTX fan for about 15 years. The Defender LTX MS didn't disappoint. They have a MUCH smoother ride than the factory tires ever did and handle very well. I've had them a few months now and can't yet see treadwear, but I know from Michelin experience they will last many many years.

I have always been a Michelin fan. The recent set of LTX's were installed at time of vehicle purchase in 2019 and got me 90,000 miles. I purchased a new set in May of 2022, they have roughly 10k miles on them. After the first rotation they began to howl. I expected a little but not like this. I took the vehicle to point of purchase and inquired about the noise. We rotated front to back but the noise remains. It's been too long and too many miles for a tire adjustment from the store so i'm about to pay additional money to swap out the tires for a new set but after reading other reviews about the noise i'm afraid my money will not be well spent. To me it seems Michelin's improvement to an already great tire is ruining my enjoyment of driving and the security of riding on the best. Not sure what to buy now.

I just had 4 new Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires installed on my 2004 Suburban. Just driving home from the service shop felt like I was driving a new vehicle. The ride was smoother, quieter, and more responsive. I had researched for weeks in advance to making the decision to go with Michelin and I am very glad I did. I feel Michelin did their homework with this tire design and definitely got it right.

I bought these tires for my 2004 Chevy Colorado. A few years ago we had a big snow storm. Thirty Three inches. I'm not saying I was on the road driving in that amount of snow, but when the town's snow plow came by and knot the show down to about one foot I was on the road. On First Aid Squad need to be on the road. Worth the money.
