My husband accidentally dropped one in s commercial washing machine snd thought it would be a mess when he went to put load in dryer. It stayed whole! I think that would make a great commercial.

I just started a new roll from a recent purchase. I immediately noticed that the towel is much thinner and less absorbent. It now feels like the cheap towels I never liked. Please fix it ASAP. I really liked the old towels.
