It is also frustrating having a paper towel fall apart in your hands when you are cleaning. My mother used Bounty, and after using some different brands I am back to Bounty for good. Thank you for making a quality product that preforms time after time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use the select a size bounty. It's a waste to me to use more than I need. Plus the 2X more absorbent even makes them better. My husband uses a lot of paper towels, so if I find one gently used (which is often) I keep them in a container and use them for quick mess pick ups to save even more. I always felt guilty when using a paper towel for small things like that. was a waste. Nothing goes to waste around here!

I have been buying bounty for years and love the select-a-size. However, I purchased 2 double packs a couple of weeks ago, and all 4 rolls, did not tear on the lines, and I ended up pulling off way too many towels and was very disappointed, as this is the 1st time I have ever had this problem. The paper towels in these 2 packages of select-a-size did not even seem like the real bounty that I have always purchased previously, and that includes the softness and absorbancy. I truly felt they were not the real bounty towels in the package. My ratings would have been 5 stars on all fields previously, but they were not on the rating of these last 4 rolls I purchased and used. I have the packageing of the last 2 pack I opened and the number on it is 98979195-S, and that will hopefully help you to figure out if that lot, may have had a problem. Thank You, Italian MaMa

I have been buying Bounty paper towels for years. I have found their strength and absorbency to be far superior to any other paper towel. However, my most recent purchase of Bounty a shock. The towels have the UPC code 03700078152, if that is any help. They are not the "quicker-picker-upper" towels. I need more towels to clean with due to their reduced absorbency and they tear and fall apart. They are thinner! I use a lot of paper towels and this package will not last as long as I expect from Bounty. I sincerely hope this is not an example of a change in your manufacturing process as it would be a serious degradation of your brand. I can buy bargain paper towels that do as well as these. Please, don't disappoint your customers who buy Bounty because of its value.

Noticed right away that my bounty towels were changed. I have always bought bounty and Charmin. The paper towels are like cheap paper towels no where near what they were and the Charmin ultra soft isn't so soft anymore. what are you doing to what were good products? I guess it is time to switch brands, no sense paying premium prices for a inferior product.

I use a larger piece to clean up spilled milk from my son's breakfast. I am no longer wasting paper towels for small jobs, but I have plenty available for larger jobs!

To preface, Bounty is my paper towel of choice. Hands down one of the best, most absorbent products on the market. The problem I'm having is understanding the size differences and accessibility to larger rolls. For comparison on your site, you list roll sizes: Regular, Double, Triple, Triple Plus, and Mega However I've seen additional rolls in-store and online (including your drop down menu after clicking "Buy Now") such as: Huge, Family, Double Plus, "Enourmous", Advanced Plus? What are the actual differences? I find myself aimlessly purchasing randomized sizes based on what's available in my local grocery store vs having an actual understanding of what it is I'm purchasing. I wouldn't have thought I needed an algebraic formula to figure this out. I'd appreciate a little more transparency regarding your product sizes, but appreciate the consistency of the product itself. I can rinse and reuse, i can wipe up and toss, the versatility is just right! Love me some Bounty! I wish our local stores carried the with Dawn version. I'd give that a try!
