These do a decent job and well continue to use them. I do feel that I still need an additional bowl cleanser to really get up under the rim that I scrub with this devise. I love that at no time am I touching the part of the wand that is wet and dirty and that it goes into the trash rather than hanging out.

It also cleaned very well. The only downside, and it's minor, is that I don't feel like I used all the product in the single cleaning pod but had to toss it so it seems a tad wasteful.

There is 1 piece that needs to be connected to the outside of the covered storage for the disposable cleaning end and it goes on easily, I didn't need any direction its that easy. The cleaner end gets rid of any mild build up like a water ring or the start of hard water deposits. However for the hard water deposit you missed and is now fairly large it isn't going to take it off, same as any cleaning brush. The only problem I have with this product is that the lid that covers the disposable ends is a little bit off so dust can get in. Overall it's a great product and I would recommend it for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for years and they were great... what happened? The last few boxes I have gotten are absolutely terrible. As soon as they hit the water they break apart. The sponge part comes off the round plastic piece. I just had one come off and couldn't get it out of the toilet. It got lodged and the more I tried to get it out, the further down it went. I ended up just flushing and now I'm worried I'm going to get a clog. Anyway, I'm going to switch to something else unless the quality improves. These are useless.

I think you should be ashamed of yourself. This was a wonderful product and now you have cheapened it to the point that I will no longer use my hard earned money to purchase the refills. I bet your CEO got a great big bonus for creating the great idea of having these fall apart the minute they hit the toilet bowl. I'll be looking at other products. I wouldn't have given you one star if your site didn't require it.

Useful product! At the end my toilet bowl was sparkling white. I use a multiple use cleaner and vinegar as well but the disposable brush along wish my cleaners get the job done immensely. I recommend considering, again they are disposable and can be useful for those who do not clean their non disposable bathroom cleaning tools (they don't clean themselves), as having them linger in the bathroom, without regularly sanitizing, is unhealthy.
