I bought a 30 count box of wand refills after my initial positive experiences. However, these are coming apart, falling off the wand Ian's causing me to have to reach into the toilet, fetch the refill and clean it by hand. I'm really disappointed in this newer version and that I have SO MANY refills that are absolutely useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is easy to use and does a good job for maintaining a clean toilet. It's not great at removing tough build up under the rim. I do like that you use a new sponge each time instead of using a germ filled brush.

I agree with the prior review. I've used these for years and have always been very pleased although the last couple of packs have been defected. The pad is barely holding on after contact made with the water. I would still recommend being that maybe I have purchased a bad batch because I truly love the simplicity of cleaning with the wand. Before this recent issue I'd def give it a 5 star!

We used to love this product for a couple years now BUT recently the refill fell off and got stuck in the toilet tonight. We can't retrieve the refill and it's clogged. My husband most likely would have take it the toilet apart or we have to call a professional to fix our clogged and damaged toilet. It looks like you had so many people had already posted review about it but so far nothing has been done to fix it. We definitely will no longer use this product. Very disappointed!!!!!

I love that it's disposable and you're not consistently using the same dirty brush. One of the most important things is a clean toilet and this does the trick! It's always sparking clean and honestly isn't as expensive as some. It doesn't have an overwhelming chemical smell either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it was great and super easy to use you literally just click on the cleaning head dip it in your toilet bowl to get it wet and then literally just run it around the bowl. When your done you just simply unclick it into the garbage. My problem came after using the refill ! About the third use in I pushed down and heard a slight crack and the cleaner wouldnt click in ! Took a closer look and their was a crack right where it needed to go in :-( was making life easier a little easier in the bathroom

I really love this toilet wand because it is a super easy way to clean your toilet without hoarding germs from a traditional toilet brush. Everything you need to clean the toilet is in a little scrubbing pad and you just throw it out right after. Definitely recommend this!
