After using the first pack, I went back to the store and bought the scented ones. The bext time I used it, the brush button was loose. It made me change my opinion about buying another one if it is only made to last a couple of monthes. Great concept though.

I started using ToiletWand about 3 years ago due to the fact I could no longer find the ScotchBright sponge type any more. While they did OK I guess, it always seemed they might come off. But the last few months purchasing them, I have seen that the material is less dense which makes the cleaning disc floppy and not hold it's shape. I am disappointed that you seem to have made a less durable product perhaps to reduce cost. Please continue to give a good product.

I used to buy these with no problems at all. As of late they appear to have changed their manufacturing as the heads SEPARATE from the plastic part the minute it touches the water!! I purchased a couple of packs and every single one of them have me not being able to properly clean the toilet and having to fish out the applicator from the toilet. VERY disappointed in the "new" toilet wands. Will search for other cleaners not from Clorox.

I have limited mobility so i just open the lid, put the wand it and a pad snaps on. Now all i have to do is get it a bit wet and start scrubbing, the soap is already in the pad! When I'm done snap the pad is in the trash and my toliet looks amazing, and my hands never went in the toilet!

Recently I have had problems last 2 boxes have fallen apart either right away or as soon as they hit the water. Definitely a manufacturing defect. Thought first box was a fluke. Now this box also?

I just threw my whole supply of toilet wand refills away. Three bathrooms had a good supply. but they fell apart in the bowl, most without scrubbing first. They look different than the original thicker pads. This was one of my favorite products, what happened? Clorox, what a let down from your well regarded company.

I have used the toilet wand system for years. It has been wonderful until the last two packages of refills. They practically fall apart as soon as you start to use them. I never had this problem in the past and when I had a problem with the first package of refills, I figured it was just a bad batch. But is has happened again. I'm very disappointed in this diminished product.

Just opened a box of toilet wand refills. First two came right apart as soon as they were wet. Pretty sure rest of box will do the same. I am sitting on 3 boxes of refills, ugh. This has not happened in the past. Afraid I'm sitting on 3 defective boxes.

I had no problems putting the cleaning head on the wand, also no problem with the head staying on during cleaning. Was able to reach deep down into the bowl where my other brush couldn't reach, as well as under the rim. I do agree , however, with the environmental impact of these...but hopefully I won't need to clean it as often now. Also like the slim design of the wand and caddy.

I have used Clorox toilet wands for years with no problems. Lately they fall apart as soon as you get them in water. The first time one fell apart I thought it was a reject pad. Turned out the whole sleve was that way. The next box was the same way. Today I used 4 pads just to clean one toilet. Every pad needed to be fished out of the toilet. Very disappointed with quality of your product!
