This is a great product.I love that you dont have a old toilet brush hanging around.They work good but they are a little flimsy.I think a regular brush is just fine.If you are a house cleaner this might be a good option.I would rather spend my money on other things.

I've been using these for a few years for my 5 bathrooms and have always been very happy, but my most recent restock on pads was disappointing. They didn't clean nearly as well, and the embedded cleanser ran out very quickly. I have to use two pads sometimes on one toilet, where I used to be able to clean two toilets with one pad. Is this a supply chain issue or have you changed them permanently?

I don't have to get out the separate cleaner and everything, it's all neatly there in it's stand. The pads also clean every bit as well as a regular brush and cleaner so overall a win.

I've been using Clorox Toilet Wand and refills for many years. The last two boxes of refills I've purchased have been terrible. As soon as they get wet and I start to scrub the bowl the refill falls apart. I've had to fish out a number of them. I see others have been complaining about this for quite awhile. I know the focus has been on producing Clorox wipes since the pandemic, but I hope you will soon address this quality issue.

Don't know why I'm writing this since every other review talks about the same problem I'm having, namely the scrubbing pads falling apart. Used to love this product but no more. Will find another product & hope that one will be better quality. I don't mind paying a little more as long as the product works, but I really don't like paying for such a poor product. Sorry, Clorox, but apparently nothing is being done to correct the problem since the reviews keep talking about the same problem.

I've used these for years. Now all of a sudden they're coming apart when they are submerged in water. What's going on? Also not cleaning as well. Please go back to old if yins have changed or I will not be buying anymore. Very disappointed! At this point I wouldn't recommend. Sorry.

I am so glad I tried the Clorox ToiletWand! After the first use, I tossed all of my crusty toilet brushes! This system just makes cleaning toilets so easy and mess free. Just pop a cleaning head (pre-loaded with Clorox cleanser) onto the handle, then dip the head into the toilet bowl for 2 seconds and start scrubbing! Letting it sit for 5 minutes sanitizes or wait 10 minutes to disinfect. When your done cleaning, just hold the wand over the garbage and push the button to release the used cleaning head. So simple! It's so nice not to have a nasty toilet brush hanging out in the bathroom and the little container and handle holder takes up very little space and doesn't scream, “I'M A TOILET BRUSH!” I definitely recommend the Clorox ToiletWand System!

I LOVE THIS THING. Toilet brushes gross me out...I mean, you're cleaning something you poop in, then putting the brush back in a holder 😂 with this, I scrub and push a button and the whole head pops off without me ever touching it. I've used it for years and I'll never go back!!!

I love that this is a once and done cleaner! I started by doing my sink since the disposable pads have so much cleaner in them, so I was able to scrub my sink and the entire toilet from outside to inside with just one pad. It's super foamy, so I used paper towels to wipe off the toilet seat, lid and outer/base. So much more sanitary than a regular toilet brush and cleaner!
