I have been using this product for years. I am disappointed with the product falling apart on usage. If you cannot go back to the original product, I will have to find something else to use on my toilets.

I have always used your wands and loved them. This time purchasing the refills again was horrible. I tried three scrubbers and they each fell apart before I could even use them. I have never had this happen. I hope you haven't changed product.

Gets the job done. Even the tough stuff, has a great scent leaving the whole bathroom with a pleasant smell. I would buy this again and is a great price.
