Wand tip broke on the first use

When I went to disengage the pad from the wand wand tip broke so now I can't use the rest of the pads

Terrible - don't bother

The scrubber pad tears loose and falls off. I bought this so I didn't have to put my hands in a toilet but you have to get the pad out somehow.
