I used to love these toilet wands, but in the past six months or so the quality control has failed this product! I used to be able to use one sponge for 2 toilets and now barely 1 is usable for 1 toilet. Very disappointing. Back to the DIY method! Well, I'll save money!

It does an ok job at scrubbing the toilet but after a little scrubbing the refill wants to fall off the wand. I've even lost one down the toilet.

The storage caddy with refills is smaller than their last one. I have used it several times with the same great results.

Easy disposal with the push button release. I will continue to use this product, I loved the fact that my hands never touched inside the bowl!

I think they are super quick and easy to use and as long as you don't let your toilet get too dirty in between cleanings this is perfect. You don't have to keep some filthy dirty toilet bowl cleaner next to your toilet. I would recommend however that a good scrubbing every once in awhile still be done because these aren't the strongest to clean your toilet if it gets too dirty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really think that this is a great product. I love that you can get the disposable pads onto the handle without having to touch them at all. Then, you can get that same dirty pad into the trash can without touching it. It leaves a great fresh smell. It got all of the build up out of the inside of my toilet and it got up under the rim and got that build up you can't see. The bathroom has smelled good for the last couple of hours since using it. I think this is a great product I will buy it and use it again.

Super convenient and truly hands free(no touching required after cleaning-just release the dirty cleaning pad using the button release). It gets super foamy and the cleaning product is nice and thick, clings nicely to the sides of the bowl which makes it easy to leave for a few minutes to disinfect. No harsh cleaning smells. Nice and compact for easy storage beside the toilet bowl. Highly recommend

I have used the toilet wand and refills for a long time. I loved them and could even clean two toilets with one refill! Now I can't even finish cleaning one with it falling apart! The refill separates almost immediately. Please go back to how you were making them before.

The heads easily click into place and stay during scrubbing. There is adequate cleaning solution in the sponge and enough abrasiveness to tackle stubborn spots.
