It does a wonderful job especially getting under the rim and the best part is you don't get your hands dirty. Just press the button to remove the scrubber at the end and it pops right off! The last two boxes of toilet wand refills fall apart as soon as they hit the toilet water. One even went down the toilet which made me afraid it would stop up my toilet system. I like the convenience of the toilet wand system and the fact you don't have that ugly and bacteria ridden toilet brush sitting in the bathroom but the problem with the toilet wand needs to be addressed by Clorox company.

TW 20 338 02:30 D1 is the number on one of the Toilet Wand refill bags, which I have more bags. I have used your product for many years but currently the construction of your refills are deficient. I have a total of 5 bathrooms in 2 homes. Since I dislike waste, we got some non soluble glue to attach the plastic device to the cleaning scouring pad which increases our cost and labor. I will be looking for a better product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Clorox Toilet Wand System. It is so easy to use. Very convenient and a nice holder to keep it in when not in use. Now I don't have to look at my toilet brush when I'm not using it and because it is so easy to use my 10 year old can help with that chore. Before I wouldn't let her do it because of the chemicals in the cleaning products and it being more hands on. Now it's as easy and attach the cleaning pad, scrub the toilet, and use the release button to throw away the dirty cleaning pad. So easy! And you don't have to touch anything put the handle. I love it and would recommend this product to everyone.

This last 20 pack refill had an issue almost all of them have falling off and one even got stuck in the toilet bowl. Thank god my husband was able to get it unstuck. I am getting ready to buy a new box and really hope I don't have the same issue would hate to go back to the nasty toilet bowl brushes. Thank you for your time. Have a blessed day.

It is so easy to use and convenient but, for me, most of all, it is SANITARY. You don't have to touch a thing. Just hit the little lever when you are done and the end pops off into the garbage. I do NOT like germs, and this is the best, easiest thing I have ever purchased for cleaning a toilet!
