i received this coffee maker on October 3rd, we use it daily. the carafe works fine, the pod side is horrible! it doesn't empty the pods, sometimes they are full after brewing. I have used Cuisinart dual brewers for years, very disappointed in this one!

I bought my coffee maker at Sam's Club and I I have been trying to register the Cuisinart coffee maker for two days when I do it gives me different model number options, but none of them are acceptable to the registration process so I assume I do not have a warranty with it other than that, it seems to be a nice coffee make. Does Sam's Club have a different model %23

Got the SS-16 coffeemaker 2 weeks ago. You lift the lid & condensation drips to the back & not into the reservoir. When brewing water spreads coffee grounds all over. I have to clean the inside after every brew. Should be 195-205 this brews at 180 degrees. Would not recommend.

My Keurig duo died after a few years and wanted something similar. I love that it comes with a reusable coffee filter basket and resuable k cup pod. Both work great. It took me a bit to figure out how to program it but works perfectly. There are 2 water reservoirs (one for large pot and other for the single cups) the large water reservoir works just like a regular coffee machine and uses the full amount of water you pour in it so you need to fill it up each time but is not really a big deal and allows you to contol the amount of coffee you are making.Hope this lasts longer then my Keurig did.

We have used for about 1 week and not experienced the leaking or other issues noted in other reviews. However, this is my 4th Cuisinart coffee maker and this machine does not make the coffee as bold as my previous models, nor does the coffee temp brew as hot as my others. The coffee temp is set on High and it comes out warm enough to drink but cools off quickly even in a stainless steel cup. I am returning it.

So far so good! We’ve made 2 or 3 pots of coffee and several k-cups and everything has been great!

THE ON BUTTON GOT STUCK AND WAS DIFFICULT TO USE AT FIRST. IT IS BETTER NOW.

Very nice to have a cup or pot of coffee option! Simple to use!
