This is our second try with this coffee system. The first one had several problems with our original machine with the kcups exploding frequently, the clean light kept coming on even though it had been cleaned recently and you had to reopen and push the filter basket down on the carafe side before brewing or water would go all over. With that said the new replacement machine has been working fine without any of these problems. We like the design of the machine so are hopeful that the new machine will keep working well without any issues.

I've been very happy with my new Cuisinart Coffee Center 2-in-1 Coffee Maker. The ability to brew a full pot or a single cup gives me the flexibility I was looking for, and both options work great. It's easy to use, brews quickly, and the coffee tastes excellent every time. Overall, it's a well-designed machine that has made my morning routine much more convenient.

This is actually our fourth coffee system in the last few years, and it's a warranty replacement. Our first Cuisinart unit failed after a very short time. We replaced it with a Keurig, which also failed; they sent a replacement that we gave away because we did not like the Keurig, so we went back to Cuisinart, which also broke after a short time. This current unit is the replacement Cuisinart sent for that second failure. The good news is this one functions as expected...everything works. It's a bit bulky, but that's a minor complaint. Overall, even with our reliability history, this system is still superior to the Keurig we tried in between, which is why we stuck with Cuisinart rather than switching brands for good. My one real gripe with the design is the water reservoir. I'd prefer a system where you fill the reservoir and just select the number of cups you want, rather than measuring out a specific water amount yourself. The fill spot is in an awkward location for a lot of kitchens, including ours, where there are cabinets directly above the unit. Pouring water in that space isn't easy, and I've spilled water more than once because of it. Bottom line: when it works, it's a solid brewer and better than the alternative we tried. But specifically where it relates to the Cuisinart, two failures out of three units is a real reliability concern worth knowing before you buy, and the reservoir fill design could use a rethink.

I love being able to use both sides of a combo device. My husband drinks regular coffee and uses the Carafe side while I drink decaf and use the Pod side. So simple to use. Easy to fill and clean. The one thing I don't like is the carafe pops frequently while on.

This coffee system looks great and solves the 1 cup vs carafe dilemma. The one thing I don't like about it is that the filter for the carafe side is hard to re-insert properly so that it lines up with the cover. When it doesn't properly line up the top won't close and of course, then it won't turn on.

It's really handy that this coffee machine can do pods, drip coffee (and a special brew mode for brewing over ice). It's also very nice that we got reusable mesh filters for both the pods, and the drip compartments. I enjoy making a single cup of coffee, without needing to use K-Pods if I don't have any left. I also don't like my coffee as blazing hot as others, and this machine let's me set the carafe temp so I can make it a bit cooler to my liking. Very nice so far and does everything we could need.

Works well and is very easy to use. However the design of the carafe is poor as coffee dribbles alot when you pour quickly. And a pet peeve is that the lid doesn't hinge open so it has ro be removed in order to fill it with water. Am looking for a better replacement carafe

I am very pleasantly surprised and really enjoying my new coffee pot. Always very skeptical of the combination K cup/drip coffee maker however to my surprise both the drip and the K cups are great cups of coffee! The simplicity of this maker compared to some I've reviewed is fantastic. I've managed to put this machine together easily, adjust to my coffee taste preference, really like the bold setting and other touch button even use the make your own K cup provided! I've tried using the make your own on other machines and coffe taste never turned out well this one either option drip or K cup is easy and delicious!

I have been looking for a coffee maker like this for a long time and to be able to get such a good deal on it was great! I had a Quisinart brand before and it was a good one but broke down after several years, so I went and bought a cheap machine, big mistake! I found this one and threw await the cheap one .

works okay, kind of confusing, and cannot turn off the VERY annoying beep to signal coffee is done. should be 14 cup also. otherwise makes good coffee, k-cup part works the way it should. I like the programmable feature, but need to be able to select BOLD even when setting it for a later date.
