We had another very popular brand single serve coffee maker and a separate coffee maker for whole pots and a lot of counter space was used. Now everything is so compact and the coffee is perfect when we use it either way!! Love this machine and it even makes ice coffee!! Would highly recommend this to anyone. The popular brand stopped working one mth after 1 year warranty…and made us very upset. Now happy again with a better machine!!🥰

The quality of your product has diminished. The buttons for brewing did not work, the overall quality of the product not up to the previous coffee pots I have purchased. I returned the machine and purchased a Kuerig that felt much more solid, and actually worked.

I am using both functions and wondering how I lived without this before. The machine is very sturdy. It looks perfect in my kitchen and the coffee tastes delicious. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Cuisinart coffee maker and I absolutely love it! ❤️I make coffee pods, hot tea, cold tea and, when I have my grandkids over, I make a pot of coffee. It brews sooooo fast and I never have to wait. I waited a long time to purchase it, and I am so happy I got it.

We bought this to replace our old Keurig Duo and returned it. It isn't tall enough to fit travel mugs under the pod side without taking the drip tray apart. Even then you can't get the full mug out without spilling coffee. The carafe leaks when pouring. It made weird noises while it was keeping the carafe warm. Having 2 water reservoirs wasn't convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffeemaker is the new version of my old one which I had for many years. They don’t make my older version anymore. It has basically everything the old model had so I had no problem setting it up. The only issue I have with this model is switching from the carafe to the single cup. I like to program the coffee maker in the morning after cleaning the pot to make the next days coffee. The old coffeemaker had dedicated buttons for the single cup option. In other words I could leave the carafe on auto and still brew a cup without interfering the auto feature. With this one you must set the dial from auto on to brew and push the cup button. After you finish brewing your cup you have to remember to put the dial back to auto on and push the carafe button. If you don’t you will come down in the morning with no coffee made. Otherwise I am happy with it

The coffee pod accessory that allows you to use your own ground coffee is so much better well made with the top that latches. Qqq was
