[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Cuisinart Coffee Center 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker! This coffee maker is versatile with being able to use k-pods or a pot of brewed coffee. I love being able to make both hot and iced coffee too! I even use this coffeemaker to make my hot tea if I want to change up my coffee for the day! I would recommend this product compared to my older coffeemaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first experience with this coffee maker. For reference, I’m a coffee fanatic and I drink my coffee black. I purchased this exact model awhile back for the benefit of the 2-1 so on occasion I could brew a k-cup. I returned the machine within 3 hours. When I was selected to test the machine, I was hopeful that improvements had been made. Much to my delight, it appears they have. With the machine I purchased I could not get the pod side to work. Assembly is rather easy and I ran the two preliminary brews as outlined in the manual. Both were easy to perform. I’m happy to report both the carafe and pod sides are functioning. Upon completion I brewed a pot of coffee on the bold setting. I did not experience water spatter the way I did with the initial unit. The design is attractive but I do find filling the reservoir slightly awkward but that is because I am used to my Ninja and the removable reservoir. Overall, I am pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, I really love this coffee maker, it has made my life a little more comfortable. Its an excellent device but has it fair share of cons. I’ll share with the pros first: - The reusable filter is amazing because I dread using the paper ones, its really easy to clean. - It also comes with a reusable coffee pod and I have been using that a lot, mine came broken though and the customer service didn’t address the issue when I reached out about it. - Pods can be used with differing volumes of liquid unto 12 fl oz - Both the water reservoirs are really easy to fill up. Now on to the cons: - The biggest con and my biggest complain is that the carafe leaks from under the threads of the handle that goes all around its neck. - The surfaces both steel and plastic seem very prone to scratches even though I only use microfiber towels to clean it, I already have a bunch of scuff marks on my machines. Overall, it’s a plus so I’d recommend it.

I've have used (2) Cuisinart coffee centers for the past 12 years and really liked them. Recently I had to replace my current one. I bought the SS-16 BLK model, when I went to setup according to the instructions, the POD side did not work. Returned It for the exact same model, same problem. Totally dead! Really disappointed. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning the second one. Will not purchase a Cuisinart again.

As a resident of the pacific northwest, I love a good cup of coffee, and I like to have it multiple ways, multiple times a day. The first thing I noticed when I brought this out of its package was how chic and beautiful it was- it has a very clean, intuitive design, and was easy to assemble. The clock is easy to set, and you can make a 12 cup carafe of coffee (first brew!), or switch to iced coffee or a single k cup later in the day. I love the simplicity and versatility of being able to brew THREE different ways - with my own grind in the carafe, with my own grind in a reusable pod (yes please), or with a standard k-cup like pod. It was very easy to use and personalize depending on who you are making coffee for, or whatever you are feeling. Or switching to decaf later in the day.... Overall great construction and will be a new staple appliance in my kitchen.

This 2-in-1 coffee maker gets a thumbs up for making both hot and iced coffee. Simple and easy to use, the pod-fill choices for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 ounces, along with its sleek size and appearance. However, opinions vary on ease of use, quality, and speed, making it a mixed bag in those aspects. It is leak-free and make delicious coffe. This is a must have in the life! Highly recommend!

I had the first version of this machine that I purchased 5 or 6 years ago. It was amazing. Not a single complaint. It by far outlasted the 3 year warranty. It finally went out so I found this one at Sams to replace my old one. It lasted for about 45 days and stopped brewing on the full pot side. Tried everything and it just wouldnt work. Called cuisinart and they happily sent out a new one. During the interim, I got out an old black and decker and decided to just keep using it. Really not happy with the quality of this particular pot. Not sure what I'll do with the new one but I dont even want to take it out of the box as of now. Probably will go with a dual brew keurig. Buyer beware with this cuisineart coffee maker.

It not only takes up less space than my old coffee maker and K-pod brewer, but since it does both I was able to free up an outlet and some counter space for less clutter. It’s also faster than my old coffee maker, and it includes a reusable filter basket which makes a better cup of coffee than paper filters. And last but not least it was super easy to setup and operate. Overall i’d give it a 10 out of 10 and I couldn't think of anything that could be improved on it!

Wow, what a coffee maker! It starts brewing almost instantly and is much quieter than our 3 year old keurig. Highly recommended, but note that it is a bit taller than most coffee makers, so check your cabinet height if that's were it's going under/countertop. And i like the fact that each dispenser has its own water supply.
