Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product a couple of months ago and have been using it every since. Works great for my travel mugs and my wife like the cold brew. So it works out great. I would diffently recommend this product to anyone. It works great

Stopped working

I bought mine in Jan of 2025 and now in May 2025 it has stopped working. Doesn't even power on.

It looks plastic, feels plastic. Looks really cheap and feels really cheap. Adding water to the pod reservoir is awkward.

This is every coffee lovers dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this coffee center from Cusineart! You can make a pot of coffee (on those rough mornings) or single serve pods. It even comes with a reusable kcup!

Grind overflow

Have tried to get this to work properly and thought at 1st user error but my machine is constantly overflowing the coffee grinds! So very frustrating. Hoping someone can help out with this issue as this wasn’t a cheap coffee maker!

Awesome

Works fine but has an issue with Pods

Every time I use Pods coffee grinds wind up all over the unit. It works but is time consuming cleaning every time. Pot works fine. Great idea to have both units in one.

Terrible product

I have bought two of these coffee makers. The first one leaked all over the place. The second one started smoking and heated up the burner and the coffee pot wasn't even on. Had not been used for hours. If I could leave a negative star I would.
