It’s a great coffee maker

Did not work well. Bought 2x and pod side broken!!

Not as easy to navigate as a kuerig. Water leaks out the back when the carafe side is filled.

It's a nice unit but the pod needle is too small for some pods and creates issues

Love the cold brew, carafe & single pod options. Very easy to operate.

The single serve blows the coffee grinds all over the inside and Minton the coffee

Works great and so easy to set up and use.

Using the single cup, it comes out weak no mater the amount of coffee.

Love this coffee maker! Looks great in the kitchen.
