The pod section of the coffee maker crushes the pods and tears them spilling the grounds all over.

Pod portion of the coffeemaker is defective.

It did not make a full pot of coffee. There was always water remaining in the strainer, usually 1/2 of the total amount that I wanted. Had to return it.

Water did not drain fully from strainer.

My husband and I decided to upgrade our coffee maker.  The 2 in 1 is great because you have the choice of a full pot or you can single serve with a pod.   The refillable pod comes with a filter.  We are enjoying our new coffee maker very much.
