Great ease of use for single or carafe. Mesh filter cleans super easily, so no paper filter purchase or waste. Grounds are good for the garden too,

K cup side did not work so I returned the coffee maker. I had the older version of this one for 6 years and it was fine. Disappointed.

2 cup or 12 this is a great purchase. using the single cup and refillable to save coffee. can highly recommend.

I loved the design and controls but the Kcup was being split open and dumping grounds into the cup every time.

This coffee maker is just what the advertisement suggested. Multi-facetted, quiet, versatile and reliable. Coffee tastes great hot or cold.

Finally got this combo after our old pod Cuisinart gave up ( 15 yrs). Very useful for weekday as single pod coffee and weekday for CARAFE.

The carafe and pod buttons are off and I often have to push twice to operate. In addition the Brew/Off button is not consistent.

A little trouble at first getting the buttons to activate the functions. After several attempts they began to work
