This is our third Cuisinart coffeemaker in 42 yrs. Its solid, never leaks, consistantly great coffee. So easy to make cold brew with kcup or your grounds. The black stainless is beautiful and modern. We know this machine will last.

Dual coffeemaker is extremely easy to set up and use. No problems out of the box. My only issue is refilling the carafe water tank. There is a large support hinge for the lid directly in the middle, and I feel it could have better placement.

I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

The single serve portion did not work right out of the box, the week after we purchased it. Tried trouble shooting on YouTube videos to no avail. Don't have time to call a customer service number. Aggravating

Almost 2 months and LOVE how I can have my pot of coffee while hubby enjoys his pod! Only 4 stars as the display isn't back-lit as shown on the box. Not a huge concern, but does make it a little difficult when choosing size for pod use.

This coffee maker makes a great pot of coffee. It is easy to operate. My only complaint is when you brew an individual cup either with a K-cup or loose coffee in the small basket, the grounds get everywhere and creates a mess.

Great machine, Brew an entire pot or use the single cup method. Really like the timer also wake up to a pot of fresh coffee. I use this along with the Cuisinart coffee grinder, Great fresh coffee!

the machine was very difficult to set up; filter soak, etc. Once assembled and ready to use, the machine was defective and had to be returned to Kohls where it was purchased. I expected better from the brand

The coffee pot is great. The one cup is terrible. I returned 3 of these thinking they were broken. You have to poke around under the one cup to get it to work every time. This happened with all three that I returned.

Nice coffeemaker with option of iced coffee and individual k cups. Like that you can program coffee carafe to stay warm for 4 hours before automatically cutting off.
