The carafe part of the coffee maker works great. The pod one works okay except it doesn’t seem to like generic pods as part of the liquid ends up in the reservoir below. It’s happened twice so far. Works great with Green Mountain pods.

too many grounds in t!heh brewed coffee. Too small a water reservoir. Impossible to reach a customer service representative. Was on hold 45 minutes and was disconnected.

Great design offering full pot and single use options. It has an iced coffee option too which I’ll try in the summer. Coffee flavor is very good. Attractive and fairly slim on the counter considering all it does.

Bought this after the 2nd Keurig I bought quit working after 8 months. So far I am liking this one much better, I like the auto on and off feature, I have been using it everyday.

Unfortunatly, I am having issue already with this coffee pot. Randomly the basket is overflowing and coffee grounds are spilling into the coffee pot and it is not over filled.

I was wishing there was a coffee system that offered pods and a traditional pot of coffee. Wish granted! My family is very pleased having both options! Highly recommend. ❤️

I am very happy with this coffee maker. I like the looks of it. It doesn’t take up much counter space. It brews a good cup of hot coffee and also a good cup of iced coffee. I like the convenience of a carafe or a pod.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2 and 1 Coffee Maker is great because I can brew single cups for myself and can brew coffee for company using the carafe.

Our new coffee maker is wonderful, but the instructions to set it up were awful. We had to YouTube how to set the temperature and time the plate stays hot.

I must admit I truly love having a coffeemaker that has so many options. We’ve only had it for a few weeks and so far it’s been fantastic, time will tell.
