The base of my kettle stopped working suddenly after the warranty expired. It lasted four years, but at this price point I expected better. The kettle worked fine while I had it, though it did beep a lot.

Bought this because it is lighter, and turns out, faster, than the large Cuisinart kettle without any plastic. Easy to use, uses less electricity too. Great for single cup pourover.

I like the kettle overall, but would prefer if there was an option to silence the kettle, as the beeper can be quite loud. I would also prefer if the temperature could be changed to celcius.

Good kettle. It does heat up fast but it does leak if you try to pour too hard (like at too much of an angle). I also wish you could turn the beeping to a different sound because it is SO loud and obnoxious. Other than that- great kettle!
