Wonderful kettle. This works incredibly well, heats up fast, and holds the temperature. If you use up all the water, make sure to not place the kettle back on the stand. This took some getting used to, but not a big deal. The safety feature kicks in and it beeps and shows Error on the unit. Not a big deal, just wish there was a way to prevent without waiting on the base to “time out” before placing the kettle back on it. This is minor though. The actual functionality and usability are a 5/5

The kettle does its job: it's a gooseneck kettle with temperature controls and a keep-warm option, so that's nice. But there are some design flaws that have gotten frustrating after a year of ownership of a rather expensive piece of equipment. - Touch sensor buttons are not a good choice for a kitchen appliance. It's also not super intuitive. I don't have a problem turning it on and setting to the desired temperature, since I read the manual. But I have to instruct guests how to use it because it's not apparent without guidance. - The way the lid is designed funnels all the steam out at an angle, so you need to line it up correctly when you pour or else the steam will vent on your hands when you pour. There's an arrow on the lid indicating how to align it, but it's faded over the year that I've had this kettle. - The kettle wobbles in the base.

I absolutely love this kettle! I received it as a gift and it’s not only beautiful on the counter but works great! I love that it will hold your temperature setting!

The ability to set a specific temperature is great, and I love the gooseneck for making pour over coffee. I wish the kettle didn't beep so loud - that seems unnecessary. Overall, we like this kettle.

This kettle lived up to my expectations. It heats water quickly to temperature and pours easily without splattering. When it runs low on water, an alarm sounds and it shuts off automatically. Great product.

I like the kettle overall, but would prefer if there was an option to silence the kettle, as the beeper can be quite loud. I would also prefer if the temperature could be changed to celcius.

Love this kettle! So easy to use and the temperature controls ensure the perfect temp for my coffee or tea. Love that it stays warm for 30 minutes too. Only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner.

Does exactly what we wanted it for: accurate pouring for single cups of coffee using Kalita filters. Sets the exact temperature so I can do my cup of tea as well.

Absolutely love this! Now I can precisely use the correct temperature of water for all my coffee and tea. And, it is perfect for pouring over in my Chemex.

Nice design, I like that it holds the temperature well, including right at boiling. The only downside: It only holds one liter of water. If you're making multiple mugs (and larger mugs at that) it's annoying to have to refill it frequently.
