When I received this backpack, I was so excited about opening all the pockets and seeing what all this bag had to offer. After conducting explanation of the bag I noticed that one of the straps that you use to carry the bag on your back was broken. I reached out to the customer service like it stated to if there were any issue. After a week of waiting and checking email and even junk. They still have not responded.

The backpack straps are held to the backpack using a metal clasping mechanism on the bottom portion that broke the first time I used it rendering one strap completely useless. A couple days later one of the black plastic clasps used to compress the bag broke and the strap attachment to the bag itself is already frayed and coming apart. Nice features but zero durability. Will be returning.

Zippers don't work well. Poor quality Buckles gave up in < 2 months when I was traveling. It almost hit on my face - luckily had glasses.. Don't recommend this product

When it comes to pockets and space in the bag their is no doubt it awesome but the quality of the product is not great. Its been 3 months since we bought the bag and we already see threads coming out, zipper handle colors start to come off. I've a high sierra bag for years and it still look new to this day.

Served its purpose

Zippers don't last. Do not travel with this bag.
