I used these on my baby when he was born and i loved them. they are the exact shape and everything. i loved even more that they have a space so that the diaper doesnt touch the umbilical cord.

my son weighs 17.5lbs so I thought that the 3's would fit him nicely. They are really snug and uncomfortable for him so we went to the 4's and they are gigantic.
