They have a "blanket-soft" outer cover and a GentleAbsorb liner inside—it's basically a layer of tiny pillows. If your baby has sensitive skin, these are a safe bet. I love how the design on the diaper is Disney themed. Once used the diapers folded over using the tabs and was easily disposed of.
