It comes with a pretty decent amount. I haven't gone through it yet so it will probably last a long time for one stick.

The texture is different as I usually use a firm one but this is like soft and twists out the top through holes. The scent is nice and not too strong.

I am a sweaty person by nature and I live in Alabama where it's hot basically 98% of the year (as I'm writing this, it's mid-October and it was 80 degrees outside today). This is the only deodorant that I don't have to reapply throughout the day. I don't know how they do it, but the smell seems to get stronger once you actually start sweating. A little goes a long way, and the packaging allows for just a small amount to be squeezed out with each turn of the knob so it's easy to make sure you don't use too much. The only downside is that you have to be careful when applying it or you can very easily end up with white spots on your clothes.

I decided to go with 3 stars on this one because, while the recommend “2 twists” of product worked fine for me while doing light to moderate activity, my partner tried the recommended amount and up to 8 total twists and still felt like it wasn't effective for sweat or smell. Seems like some of the ingredients may be more effective for some people—I recommend trying a small or travel size version if possible or comparing ingredients with formulas you know work with your body chemistry to determine if it's the right product for you!
