I really like Clinical Strength Secret and find it to be exceptionally effective. It is worth the additional cost. I gave it only 3 stars because of the applicator. I find the wheel on the bottom is very difficult to turn and usually have to grip it with a cloth or towel in order to rotate it to push the product to the user surface. Someone with good hand strength must have approved such a thing and I feel strongly that an improvement is needed to make the product more user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the secret soft solid. But I am very picky about scent. I preferred the powder scent, lavender, orchid. The active fresh smells like men's deodorant. And with descriptions like “light and fresh” that doesn't tell me about what it might smell like. I don't want to buy only to not like it. At least describe what it might smell like. Please bring back the older scents. These are disappointing. I tried dove brand trying to get a nicer scent, but it flakes off. This review is forcing to say I got free product which I did not.

i have been using secret for years. first, you put the light & fresh soft solid in a container that looks bigger, but actually is only half full when new. it says 60% more but that is a lie. the worst part though is the dial that is impossible to turn. i have purchased this multiple times recently and have struggled with trying to turn the dial. i have been using a rubber jar opener and even that doesn't work now. the dial won't turn at all and sometimes it is greasy from the product leaking out. i will not be buying secret deodorant of any kind at all ever again. you have years of complaints about the difficult dial at the bottom and it continues to be extremely difficult. sorry, but you have lost a loyal customer. i have continued to buy thinking i have been getting bad containers and it's not a permanent problem. no more. i've been suckered one too many times and never again!

I've been using this deodorant for almost half of my life through product name changes and packaging changes and recently they decided tj add vitamin B5 to “soothe skin” which no one asked for and now the product doesn't work. Within hours I'm noticing both smell and embarrassing, uncomfortable underarm wetness. I'm seeing lots of reviews across their product range saying the unnecessary changes to formulas have rendered their products ineffective. I'm wondering why they don't listen to their loyal customers who are telling them they keep getting it wrong and to stop messing with something that wasn't broken and didn't need fixing in the first place.

I have used this product for literally YEARS. Since the "reformulation" to include the B5, it not only feels super greasy, but NO LONGER WORKS. No longer is a deodorant, only an antiperspirant, and it's terrible. Huge disappointment to now have to find something else after being a loyal customer for years and years and years! BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA, I see SO many comments on here saying the same thing-this "improvement" was a flop!!!!!!

The fresh scent isn't overpowering but rather compliments whatever you're wearing. It rolls on easily and doesn't stick to clothing. It doesn't have as much product as I would have thought - I had to roll quite a few times to get any product out.
