I wore it on 2 days that I was going to have a lot of stress with a couple of workouts. I made it through the stress and workouts with no odor! I used after showering at night and was prepared for a stinging after applying because I've previously used some prescription strength antiperspirant and it stung all night until I would fall asleep. I am reaping the same benefits but without the negatives! I'm definitely a convert and I'm not looking back. I don't have to reapply in the morning and I feel fresh and dry all day long in the southern heat!
