The fragrance is a tad too sweet for my taste as I prefer more mint and eucalyptus but it does smell very fresh. The refill containers are plastic, lightweight and easy to use, the price point is a bit high for me so I may or may not purchase again depending on coupons or rebates. I used them in the bathrooms and they were very effective.
