The queso is easily microwaved; do 30 seconds and stir that way it doesn't burn. It has ground beef crumbles, green chilis, jalapenos, tomatoes, and onions in it. Just spicy enough to give you a taste of spice without making you cry. The container says you can put it on chips, nachos, hoagies, or burritos. The options are pretty limitless for doctoring up chili or putting it in enchiladas. Nobody will complain if you put it out with just chips and call it good. It's easy to serve for a quick potluck and tastes great!

I thought it was a bit too salty for me. But it is the nice consistency, not too thick or watery. I added some jalapeno for any extra kick.

I wish there was more salsa than queso. It seemed to be missing something in the flavor profile, maybe more of a spice. The packaging is a nice hard plastic, but I don't like the inner seal. It was hard to open and made a bit of a mess. Overall, it was good but not amazing.

But after tasting it I am pleasantly surprised with how delicious it is. It is great to add it as a topping over cheese fries. Definitely recommend if you are a big queso fan!

This stuff is great! Bought 1 container last week and today the following Tuesday it is gone. My sons want to know when I am getting more and today the store does not have it. Looked to see if anyone did and Sams website there is none within a 150 miles of the Tuscaloosa store. Somebody needs to get to ordering a lot of this stuff.
