Long enough to prevent any type of leak and wings to further protect your panties as well. These are incredible! One pad will last me all night easily. No getting up to change or adjust etc. I normally use Tampons, but not for overnight purposes. These are the next best thing I'm telling you. Highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Ultra Thin pads are size 5 for overnight protection. These pads are long and have wings. Great for overnight absorbency. There comfortable and stay put overnight. The wrapper is not very noisy either.

These used to be the best overnight pads but in 2024 they have changed. The are extremely thinner than before. I used to be able to sleep through the nigh worry free, but now I soak through these within 2 hours.. I will never recommend or purchase these again!
