We designed Always Ultra Thin pads with an adhesive that helps keep them in place, so you can have peace of mind knowing that you're getting the protection you need. A good bond should form after removing the release paper and pressing the pad and wings firmly into your underwear. We're sorry that wasn't the case with your recent purchase.
