I keep a nice tequila collection and this Patron Reposado is on point. I love all my patrons but the Reposado is my absolute favorite Patron. It goes down smoothly and mixes very well. I can make a mean margarita with it that everyone absolutely loves. It is an easy shooter with a lime and some salt, and it tastes expensive (and maybe it is a little). I love showing up to the party with this bottle in my hand because it turns heads! Once it's spotted everyone wants to do a shot.

This Coconut Cream Margarita is made with Patron Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, coconut cream, coconut milk, lime juice, a splash of half and half, and a splash of simple syrup. Delicious!! I love the taste of Patron Reposado Tequila. It’s a richer flavored tequila, with hints of spice and sweet oak.

The first feel in mouth is peppery and alcoholic as expected and very strong cooked agave. Again as expected given the lighter colour. It is tingly on the tongue but not too strong. The intensity of the agave is quite full and catches the nasal senses taking the flavour into the nose. Held in the mouth it feels clean though not to be held for too long, its a “sip & drink” rather than a “sip & savour” tequila. The sweetness comes though once you swallow, along with the vanilla and further agave. The bottom end of the flavour and aroma remains peppery with more butter and citrus. The finish isn’t clean and it isn’t dirty, it’s in between. Perhaps a little too peppery, lasting longer than required, however not unpleasant. The Patron Reposado is our go to for a margarita. It mixes very very well and the smoothness is accentuated in a margarita. The sweetness of the vanilla shines, there is a little nuttiness and the 6 months resting takes the edge off compared to a blanco. It is not complex enough to complicate the cocktail and not simple enough to be overpowered.

Patron is a good to Tequila for me.This repository is 80 proof and will definitely sneak up on you. I enjoy sipping on it straight, or I'll add some sparkling water to pace myself. I haven't found a variety of Patron that I don't enjoy on its own or with a mixer.

Excellent flavour and smells divine. Lovely with a mixer or as a cocktail for parties. Excellent value and worth the price. Goes down Lovely with a mixer on a hot day.

Patrón reposado tequila it’s very smooth, Easy to drink, and if you want something that cuts through the mixer this is a great choice.

Reposado is where it’s at!! It doesn’t have to be patron as there are other brands that allow the agave plant to fully mature giving a better tasting end product with less ethanol and other impurities.
