This is a good product but the price is ridiculous! I can get it for less elsewhere. Sam's club should be less expensive, not more expensive than other stores....

Used Sam's 3 inch chlorine tabs, shock and algacide for years. Don't know what's happened but they are all a waste of money now. Need to do quality control on their pool products.

Way too much cyanuric acid in this. After a few uses it will just increase your stabilizer levels to the point where there is little to no free chlorine, leaving you with cloudy pool water and algae growth.

August 2015-We have had a pool for fifteen years. Never had a problem until we used this shock treatment. Do not waste your money on it. Takes twice as much and still does not do the job.
