Terrible Sams Club experience

Using the futon an hour away, and when went to put it together and had got everything moved in.......realized there was no hardware to put the legs on. Called the store and the manager said the problem was "on us"! I guess it was our fault we didn't have the hardware. I was told to call the company, which they couldn't provide the number. Very rude manager and not willing to help at all.
