Soak in 9 cups of water 12-24 hours(more flavor with the longer "brewing" time). I do one part cold brew to 4 parts milk and heat it up when I want hot coffee or drink it cold on warm days.

Got on chat to confirm. A note was sent to the store by that representative. Then called the store and spoke to fulfillment. The could not be bothered. Tried to fob me off with it is a variety pack.
