Holding it to 4 stars as we haven't used it yet, but they requested a review when doing the product registration. Upon unboxing, initial impression is that we really like the larger than average size / capacity. The window will be a welcome feature as well.

I do not know how I survived without an air fryer prior to acquiring the RJ38–6-T Series. I have very little cooking experience throughout my entire life, and the meals that I've prepared for my friends and family have been met with such amazement and joy. In the past I have used friends air fryers and have ate meals prepared by said friends. The results failed to meet my expectations. My interest In Air fryers or lack thereof were based mainly on how poor those models. I assumed air fryers were just hyped up. But NOT ANYMORE. My friend recently replaced his with this exact model after he experienced how impressive the “Chefman” brand is while at my home. The design is aesthetically pleasing. It's durability and the quality is undeniably superior to other competitors, who's prices far exceed Chefman's budget friendly price. In the near future, I intend on purchasing more Chefman products including: electric letter and panini press.

Slightly annoyed by the fact that I have to set it to Fahrenheit each time it is used. I also could not figure out how the get the Hi-Fry to display on the screen. I'm guessing there is a small window of opportunity to have it available. It should always be available as sometimes my food is done 5 minutes before my timer. I guess I'll get it figured out.

So far we really like it, and it cooks really fast so we have to remember to put the temp down and not cook on 400 for even six minutes so we put the temp down to about 350 and cook for about five minutes six minutes on most things. And we really like the shake reminder.

Main housing snapped off after almost exactly one year of ownership. Used maybe 3-5 times a week. Had been overall happy with the unit, though it is very slow to heat up. Then the front housing snapped off one day and I don't view it as reparable. Now I'm back to shopping for a new one. Would definitely not buy again.
