I like it because it is larger than my previous one. Love the windows and lights. Still getting used to the extras.

Good product, unfortunately the first one I ordered was faulty and had to be returned, but the second one works great and is easy to use

Is there an “off” button? It seems when first plugged in there is a power button. Then it disappears from panel. Is this correct?

Took right out of the box, followed the instructions and air fried two chicken breasts. Easy to use and the food was moist and delicious.

Easy to use. Nice size for my small kitchen. Replaces previous chefman that lasted for over 2 years and had daily use. Very pleased with my purchase.

Just learning how to use it. So far, so good! Onion rings and chicken strips were cooked crispy and delicious.

I like the product but after 2 months of use the coating on the crisper plate is peeling off. I was wondering how to get a replacement crisper plate

Basket catch slightly stiff but, can be overcome. Hopefully will loosen with time. Overall, just the right size for 2 to 4 people. Great design.
