Chain to thin..easy to break..opening too small for larger chain. I'm having a jewler install a larger bale.

The necklace is beautiful but the pearl is not “black” like the picture shows. It is more of a Smokey grey.

I bought first one. It was so beautiful. The pearl was round, and shine. So I ordered 2nd, this pearl had several dents and spots, not as good as the 1st one I ordered. With this price, I did not return.

It’sa beautiful necklace, the photos do not do it justice. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because I can’t wear it without buying a longer chain.

I purchased about a month ago. It's great size and weight and the pearl is stunning. I thought the chain was a bit light, so I paired with a box chain I owned and am very satisfied with purchase!

I bought this as a gift. The description states that the pearl is a grade "A" pearl. This pearl is definitely NOT a grade "A" pearl on the A-D Tahitian grading system. They must be using the AAA, AA, A grading system with "A" being the lowest quality. Size was accurate. Luster was ok. Surface was clean. Shape was NOT round as stated. In fact, it wasn't even near round. The shape would be described as Drop shape (kind of like pear). But the worst thing was the color. I know there is a range and often the main color has overtones but this pearl's color can be described as a light baby blue. Not a color typically seen in the color range of Tahitian Pearls. The Pearl was advertised as Black and Round. These two aspects were clearly not accurate.

I was expecting a much darker pearl but received a light silver one instead. The pearl itself has pits in it on the front similar to the indentations on a coconut that make it look like it's screaming. Fully intended to return since it was not what I was expecting but my daughter wants it as a gift simply because it looks terrified. Gave it a 3 star for comedic value in addition to workmanship and solidity of the rest of the piece.

It’s not black at all ! Only dark grey , there is a blemish noticed on the surface e o the pear !
