This model seems to do a good job cleaning the air but the highest setting is extremely loud and the lower settings don't seem to pull in as much air.

This seems to be a good product but the filters smell like body odor and makes the rest of my house smell that way. When I first got it I noticed the smell but thought it was going to go away. After 3 months of use the smell just would not go away and then I realized it was the actual filters in this machine that smelled bad, like body odor. And I promise you it is not because I'm a dirty person because I am not.

I bought two of these almost a month ago. I will be keeping one of the units since its in a back room, however the other unit will be returned. The filtration on these is GREAT, but one major downside. There are 3 speed settings. Low is way low, so much so that you cant really tell its running. Medium may as well be "low". With this setting, you can feel a very slight air movement... Then there is High. This setting is WAY HIGH, which is GREAT, however, there really is no medium setting...

Living in an apartment building in NYC and having stuffy air all the time prompted me to buy this air purifier. At first, I thought it might be overkill, but for a 700 sqft apt, it's perfect. It's all metal and looks and feels industrial; this thing means business, but tucks away perfectly. It's not the prettiest thing to look at, but if you want clean air from a single unit, this is the one to get. At the highest setting, it sounds just as loud as a floor fan would and pushes out a massive amount of air. For regular usage, I leave it on medium, and put it to low or off when sleeping. No more cigarette or cooking smells coming from the building's shared exhaust vent, and the air is no longer stagnant and actually feels refreshing.

I have it in my basement./ functions well but the lack of air quality sensors make it challenging to tell how effective it is

This unit is so loud you can't watch tv or listen to anything when on high. I have not been able to hook up to wfi .

Hi, the filter works fine but it will not connect to wifi. I know our wifi is fine because we use it and the other blueair purifier is connected

Very quiet. Seems to really help cleaning the air. However, can't keep the unit connected. I keep telling my wife she needs to call them for some help on that. If the connections worked I would rate 4 at this point.

The Classic 605 is okay. I like the fact of what it can do. However, I have to turn it up myself if I feel the need to breathe better. It's too bad that it doesn't have an auto function. I also feel that the fan is too loud on the third setting. The second setting is almost similar to the first setting so I'm not sure why they make both settings.

We received and set up our unit 3 weeks ago in our master bedroom to help control the dust/dander accumulation. We noticed the air was fresher within a few hours. We dusted the room first and so far there is little or no dust settling in usual places. So far so good.
